Just pulled off the lot with our first camper. I saw the camper on line, emailed them, and recieved a call from Heath, in sales, within a few hours. He was a dream to work with. We are very satisfied with all aspects of Optimum RV. The mechanical walk thru was awesome (thank you Glenn). We never felt rushed, or stupid for asking questions. We even bought a few extra luxuries from their parts and service area. Super nice and helpful staff. The finance office had great customer service, and we didn't have to spend half the he day working numbers (thank you Thomas). Thank you to Heath, and the rest of the Optimum staff. You made the process enjoyable, and we appreciate that. Can't wait to for our first camping trip!
