Zero star rating if possible. Leasing our second vehicle with them, and have had the absolute worst experience. First of all the customer service is essentially non existent and the quality of the vehicle is horrendous. Drove off the lot with the vehicle already having electrical issues. Ever since we ve still have electronic issues and faulty features. It s been less than a year and we ve had 2 recalls!!! They ve damaged our car during a service and we had to go back to get their mistake fixed! During a service we explicitly asked for shuttle service in our online booking. Get there and they provide and excuse and say that an email should ve come out saying shuttle service is unavailable and we would have to taxi or Uber! Where is the customer service?! Also we are in a pandemic and you want me to take public transport? Sure they find us a loaner vehicle for the day but it s so dirty inside. Again we are in a pandemic and their loaners couldn t be cleaned? All in all... every time there has been an issue it s our time and effort that is wasted to try to get it fixed with no apologies or accommodations made in bmws end. I highly do not recommend getting a bmw. If I purchase or lease a luxury vehicle I expect better service.
