I work with a sales representative by the name of Ryan Wood. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a couple trucks explained all the details. We went inside work some numbers and I left with a truck that I've always wanted. This was my 1st purchase from Hagerstown ford and I will continue to do business with them as long as Ryan Wood is my sales rep.
