It s a great museum and in non COVID times I d recommend going but despite having to book a ticket in advance during COVID tickets are completely non exchangeable and non refundable. In my case I booked a month ago and the airline changed my flight to a day later. I contacted them to ask to change and was told there was nothing I could do and my ticket price was wasted. In these uncertain times more flexibility is needed around tickets (almost everywhere else has but this in place but not the Louvre)
