Point of sale experience was terrific.Guy Neighbors was friendly and informative without being pushy. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I was comfortable with.

Unfortunately, my post sale experience was not as good. I refinanced the vehicle and they are not refunding me my gap insurance in a timely matter. I'm getting the run around when I call, and they are not calling back as promised. They also sent out my case to 6 banks on the day of purchase, all of whom ran my credit. My rating is very good so there was no need for this - the first bank would have taken the loan. All this did was dent my credit. It was very unprofessional.

I went from very happy to furious with these people. Not a way to keep customers coming back.
