I ve been struggling with Samsung services here for so long, so I m trying to reach anyone out to you guys.
On the 26th of Jan 2020 and from one of your retail distributors I bought a Samsung M30s , Along the first three months I realized that the battery charging is extremely slow -6 hrs to 100%- , so on the 3rd of may I went to one your service centers (Ain Shams) explained the issue so they took the device and after 10 days I went back, received the phone to find that the issue wasn t resolved in addition to scratches on the back cover. I went again to the same maintenance center handed them the phone, and also filed a complaint on Samsung s hotline 16580.
I got noticed then from the company s side, and was told to reach the center to collect the phone fixed, I was shocked then to find that for the second time the problem was still there, also more scratches on the cover and the frame. So, for the third time I visited the same maintenance center and asked for a replacement and that s based on the consumer protection law here in Egypt. After that I filed complaints to The national telecommunications regulatory authority and The consumer protection agency for the ongoing problem for around 40 days.
I m calling you out to stop this disrespectful situation from your company and from your maintenance agency here, And also to complain the unprofessional handling by your customer service agents , as just day before yesterday I was talking to them and I asked to speak to a manager so the representative Nehad Belal just hung up on me .. not to mention the many lies and the false promises along the way.
Please take valid actions to rectify the situation as it has started more than 45 days ago and was never actually progressed.
