Called Samsung for a warranty issue last Thursday....

Called Samsung for a warranty issue last Thursday. Next day I received a message from Lake electronics informing a technician would be at my place on Monday. Like they said technician ( Jose Valle) was here at 11.00 am and within 5 minutes detected the problem. He made a phone call and said to me that he will be here with the replacement part next day. He left my place an hour ago I am very happy with the service but also very happy with Jose who took his time to explain me the causes of the problem and how to avoid it to happen again.
