I've had a bad experience every time I've had to deal with this hospital. And I know several others who won't go here because of previous bad experiences. I used to live 5 minutes from this hospital and we would drive over a hour to go to Abingdon hospital. In the case of an emergency, it would still be better to make the drive to Abingdon.
