I am very disappointed with my experience as a bridesmaid at Brickhouse Bridal. We trusted the consultant's knowledge and input while shopping to make sure we were ordering the correct color. We were FIRMLY assured over and over that the dress would be a certain color and it was not, not even close. The customer service I was given while I was picking up my dress was very dismissive and unconcerned. And even worse now, no one is helping us to try and resolve the issue, or look into anything further. We trust in you as consultants to help guide us in making the right decision with color, style, size and everything else and you have completely failed and left me with a dress I am unable to wear and I am forced to buy another. I hope no one else is treated as poorly as we have been with dress issues and I encourage any future shoppers to be aware of everything. We thought everything was handled properly and it was not.
