Every time I visit the center, I walk away bragging. They give the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the time you drive in the bay someone is greeting you. The drop off with getting a rental car takes lest than 30 minutes. Once you drive off you receive a text message with your tech's contact information. They call with findings and a complete payment break down . Once done to top it off, you then receive a link to pay your bill BEFORE arriving, so you can just request for them to bring your car around. I enjoy working with Kit Cross and the team at MB of Arlington!
