Chinese buns (sort of). The food was pretty amazing. The only reason I rated this 3 instead of 4 stars is that I think the prices are too high and the ones I tried were a little too unhealthy for my brain to truly enjoy. The buns are the same as those used in some Peking duck dishes. Each bun is roughly the size of your palm. It's a great for snack food (especially after drinking), but it seems overpriced for dinner. I tried the Chairman Bao (pork belly - very good, though pork belly is a bit too fatty for my tastes though. I should have considered that before I ordered, but the name amused me.), Birdhaus (fried chicken with mayonnaise? - tastes really good, but I kept thinking how bad for me that little thing was), Uncle Jesse (lightly fried tofu - by and far my favorite), and the Sweet Bao Fries (fried bread with sauce - about what you would expect). I would definitely go back for a snack, and I do want to try the other options.

Price: ~3.50 per bun (3-4 buns for a meal)
