If I could give 0 stars I would. The inability of their staff to respond to queries, provide any relevant information, or generally just get things sorted is beyond a joke. My husband has been in pain since JANUARY as a result of a workplace injury, he was referred for an MRI in May, and is still awaiting approval to actually get the treatment that he needs, we are suffering financial impacts as a result of the inability to approve the treatment that will get him back to work as he is currently only covered for 80% salary. The impact this is having on his mental health and our family life is now significant.
