Why have pre- registration if you have to answer the same questions over again the next day? I don't imagine the answers will change a lot in less than 24 hours! Since I was a patient of Dr. Chen he week before you would think you already had all the info you needed. I'll be a patient again next week and I bet you ask the same question s for the 4th and 5th times!
