My new furnace installation took 2 days to complet...

My new furnace installation took 2 days to complete, not the fault of the installers who were sick, but I wish that dispatch would have re-scheduled the install from the beginning. Tracy J was supposed to have a partner, but the partner was sick. So Tracy tried to remove the old furnace by himself, but he got more and more ill, so couldn't finish the job. Cody and Russ came to help him as much as they could. Russ expertly completed the wiring, thank you! On the second day, Jose S was well enough to finish the install. He had a ton of experience, you could tell by the way he expertly managed the remainder of the install. We're very happy with the result, just wish it didn't have to take 2 days, but it's probably worth it to have the furnace installed the right way!
