Bought a new 50 gallon hot water tank and installed 2 days ago. Found odor in the water. I called the office and they immediately sent another technician to come. A leak was discovered and was fixed. Then I spoke to the manager. He made it up by giving me a free service for my furnace. Appreciate the effort to compensate.
