Unfortunately my experience with Chandlers Brighton Mini was a negative one. My Mini was booked in for an MOT at 10am, whilst I understand that Covid 19 precautions make all interactions difficult I felt that I was an inconvenience. I checked the car in on the screen and left it to have it's MOT - I understood from the text I received that I had checked in successfully and that would get a text when the MOT was complete - from the check in I had expected this to be by 4PM. However 4PM came and went with no message so I phoned to find out how my car had got on. I arrived at the garage at the same time as a couple collecting their mini so I had to wait. Due to some delays I had to wait - during which time I was treated to a loud and rather negative assessment of a member of staff's abilities which I could hear from the next room. During my wait three members of staff walked through the area where I was standing without bothering to ask if I was ok - so my impression of Chandlers Brighton Mini - unwelcoming, uncaring and unprofessional, maybe they would have been more enthusiastic if I had been there to buy - or maybe not!
