The people at their service center are nice, but don t expect to get through to anyone if you have a question. I ve left my car here a few times for service, and every time I ve been unable to get through on the phone to find out if my car is available for pick up or to give them the go-ahead on the repairs. Whenever I call back, the receptionists simply say I will transfer you again. It s frustrating when you re on a tight schedule, I need better communication from a service team. I don t want to pay the $165 inspection fee just because nobody got back to me in a timely manner and I had to get my car back.
