Had a brunch on Christmas Day with the family. For 37.50 you expect a nice fresh brunch. It all started with the coffee it was very disappointingly bad (ditch water). Then we got mustard soup from a package. Concentrated orange juice mixed with water. On the hot buffet you expect something of game e.g. chilli pepper. Little choice, cheap meatballs in tomato sauce, gado gado without rice, frozen vegetables. Smoked salmon is usually light as a filler, but not this time. A fish stew with cheap frozen fish such as panga fillet or tilapia. No experience with the chefs in terms of entertainmant, such as cutting ham from a clamp. We have been to many of the falcons but this is really the worst one.
