Chuck was great. We had looked at other dealerships trying to find an SUV/crossover for my wife. It's extremely disappointing when the salesmen judge you thinking your not gonna buy or have the money. This was our last stop due to other experiences and were really just fed up with trashy sales people. Chuck made that all the difference for us. He spoke to us lIke we were people and was over the top professional. He knew his cars and was extremely knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We didn't even have Lexus on the list of cars to look at. We specifically bought our car because of the experience Chuck provided. If you need a new Luxury car, ASK FOR CHUCK!
