I was just in this establishment today and purchased a brand new Kawasaki Vulcan S. My salesman, Jason, was some one I had talked to 3 weeks prior to today. He is a very kind and knowledgeable person. In our first conversation he was very personable and gave me a lot of information and talked to me like a friend instead of focusing on sales pitches. He gave me his card and took my info and promised not to call me and bug me about anything. That was probably the best thing he did for me. Life got really busy in those 3 weeks for me and not once did I get a phone call asking me if I was ready to buy the bike. He let me come in on my own terms and did everything he could to make the process fast and easy for me as well as pressure free. Jason was the best sales person I've talked to because of his lack of pressure and his knowledge and over all friend-style way of speaking with me. Our financing lady, Maggie, was also very helpful. She wasn't as personable and chatty as I would have liked but she knew what she was doing and was very focused on the job at hand and trying to get me the best deals she could have. The over all facility was nice as well with helpful people in every department waiting to assist and get me anything I wanted or needed. All in all my view of Freedom Cycle is very satisfied. I spent way more money than I wanted to, but hey, I got a free t-shirt for saying I'd do a Google review!
