DO NOT I SAY AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I was going here for years I WAS NOT provided information that this Dentist is no longer in the Blue Care network I was charged for out of network. This has happened on two prior occasions when money wasn't being sent directly to the dentist office. It was explained to me on prior occasions bill was sent to insurance incorrectly and to disregard checks sent to me directly. The two prior occasions bill was fixed no further explanation. Finally 3rd time around someone at Blue Care Network informed me the provider was no longer in network and that check could no longer be sent directly to dentist. Mind you I had a dental cleaning and xrays received $340.00 dollar bill with note your insurance has paid all they authorised. So checks sent to me prior were payment 233.00. and I was shredding them do to what I was informed on two prior occasions. Now Blue Care Network reissued check for $233.00 and I'm responsible for the rest of bill. Blue Care Dental Network and this dentist office are both being replaced. Save yourself the troubles and go elsewhere you will be happy for the peace of mind. I'm still amazed it took three separate visits with no one explaining my insurance wasn't paying directly because dentist wasn't in network. No one at the dentist informed me of this and when I asked their billing department was told someone should of informed me prior to getting work done. So after all the calls trying to figure out what was going on Blue Care Network informed me of the problem. Troubling ethics beware.
