I worked here for 2 yrs in QA. Had a knot in my stomach every morning driving in. The QA manager is a piece of work, overbearing task master, unable to accept that there might be better way to skin a cat. His way or the highway. The company is not forward looking and is stuck in 80's. To much wrong with Aero to explain.
