Robert and Katherine were very helpful and quick with answering my many questions, providing recommendations, quotes and updated quotes. I work in school therapy, and ordered a tricycle for a student. They followed up regularly while waiting for the funding to be approved, and reassured me that the tricycle would be available when it was. The family received their new Belize Bikes tricycle, and the student loves it! Thanks for all your help.
I've been shopping at Bikes & Beyond since about 1995, and I will continue to do so. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable, so I've bought all my kids bikes from there as well. They have a great trade-up program for kids bikes, which really helps when they outgrow their bikes pretty much every year. The pandemic has been really tough on the bicycle industry but they've been doing a great job keeping up and getting stock in. Keep up the great work!
I took my bike in to see if they could diagnose a possible problem with my e-bike. The service guy, (should have got his name) who was working on another bike, said he would take a look for me right away. He diagnosed my problem within a few minutes and said my rear disc brake rotor was loose. He tightened it up and said you are good to go. That is the second time I took my e-bike to their store without an appointment and got immediate service for a minor issue at no charge. Today, I purchased a Park Tool chain gang chain cleaning system, which worked amazing. I recommend it to everyone. I could have bought in on Amazon, but please consider supporting local as the prices are almost the same and the personal service is worth so much! Superb staff!

I had an issue with my bike tire. I called Bikes & Beyond to see if b4 they closed they would be able to fix it asap, as I was geared up to go for a ride.
They said to come down as it was quick fix. I never got the persons name who fixed my tire but he was great!
I was able to get my tire fixed and was off for my ride b4 the sun set.
The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly, positive, upbeat, and extremely helpful staff! I, could feel the positive energy from everyone who worked there, the moment I entered the store. Helped me with everything I was interested in. Also, put all my purchased accessories, on my bicycle of choice, right then and there as I waited, and looked around at other, potential, future options! I called ahead and inquired about some tires for my bike, I talked with Ness, and he was very helpful. When I arrived we chatted about what I was wanting out of the tires ( what surface I was going on) extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for making it easy.
