We've used Original Burrito company as a last resort for take out Mexican food for as long as they've been in Ahwatukee. I've really tried to like this food, but the pico they put on just about everything is so bitter I can't eat it. I wonder if they over squeeze the limes? I don't know. I always ask for no pico, sometimes I get my food the way I ordered it, sometimes I still have to scrape the pico off. The weird "guacamole" has white lumps in it that resemble cottage cheese and it doesn't taste like guacamole at all. The counter staff we've encountered aren't friendly or welcoming..no smiles, just business. The red burrito I got on the last visit was so spicy hot and bitter I couldn't eat it. I offered it to my husband and even he didn't like it and threw it away. The breakfast burritos, tacos, rolled tacos and quesidillas have been good.
