We went this Sunday for our anniversary and it was spectacular. We had the 3 course brunch the "whole enchilada". we had the quail appetizer and I had the caeser salad that was not simple in any way! Delicious with pomegranate seeds and medley tomatoes with miniature croutons. Then we thoroughly enjoyed the eggs Benedict Fearing style. I had the salmon with blueberries with brocolini. We then had the coconut cream pie with sorbet. Fearing's treated us to 2 glasses of Champagne and a lovely chocolate mouse cake with miniature macaroons! So special. We married 20 years ago at Fearings other restaurant in the other hotel:) we always hit this place up for special dates and family get together. They just do it Right! Thank you to the cooks, staff and Matre D for our 11:30 reservation being like the Kentucky Derby. If you can't win big here, just got home! :) We came to Fearing's for our anniversary. We'd been here a couple of times before and have enjoyed each visit - no exception this time. We had the tasting menu so we put ourselves into the hands of the chefs. Our favorites were the snapper, quail with rabbit enchiladas and fried oysters over spinach. We had a memorable fine-dining experience. Every bite was delicious and the service was superior. A shout out to sommelier Paul Botamer. I know almost nothing about wine, and he was a huge help.
