My first time going was this week, during the COVID-19 pandemic. I feel like Universal absolutely nailed it! I felt very safe. Each ride provided you with hand sanitizer before bording, the lines were well thought out, and the wait times were low. A couple of the staff members seemed "stressed", but I actually don't hold it against them because of the circumstances that we are all going through. I loved that they offered a mask free zone too. Will definitely be returning!
