Working with Drew Lippincott on our purchase of the XT5 was a highlight of the experience. Drew was personable, quite knowledgeable on the XT5 features and was able to arrange to have stains removed from the leather on the rear couch. I did not see the stain when I first viewed the vehicle sue to it being dark and cold out but when I returned several day later I saw the Stain and Drew said he would get it removed and he did. We re pretty happy with Crest even though it quite distant
