Every story has three sides. Your version, my version and the truth. Mrs. Cobb was very rude since the very first time I talked to her and the way she talks is very rude so I always felt she was being offensive and as far as the yard goes she was told there was a mistake on our part for not cutting it before she moved in and we would take care of it as soon as our landscaper had a chance. She got desperate and kept calling me to get the status of that when I had told her anything that has to do with repairs is dealt only and strictly with the repairs department, not with me. She couldn't understand that became an argument.
