I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was with Genz-Ryan. From scheduling to have someone come out to give us an estimate to the install of our new water softener and whole house filtration system, our experience was excellent! Tom Ronia came out to meet with us and answered my countless questions and helped us decide as a family what water softener and whole house filtration system would meet our needs. He was not only professional, knowledgeable and NOT pushy, he was extremely friendly and made the whole experience of purchasing from this company all the better.
