I booked a room online and in addition to called the hotel to inform them that I would be a super early arrival on Wednesday July 26th. I told her my plane landed at 1:20 am. and I was just making sure someone would be there to check me in at that time and she said... Yes. She never told me that check-in time was at 3pm! So of course my plane was delayed in Dallas by an hour. Again I called the hotel to inform them that I would now be a 1:20am arrival at the hotel. She said...she would leave a note about my arrival time for the evening desk clerk. Another opportunity for her to mention the 3pm check-in time! So when I arrived at 1:30am to check- in the desk clerk said he was booked and I couldn't check in until 3pm! I sat in the lobby through the wee hours until the clerk said he had a cancellation, so I ended up checking in at around 2:45am! I needed to check out at 10:30am because I had an important appointment... I was exhausted!
