Having ongoing issues transferring funds to them. Well over a month since I began the process and the institution I am moving from has sent me a document indicating the money has been transferred yet Questrade can t locate it and is re-initiating (slowly and only after repeated reminders). Have provided them with photos of statements etc. Absolutely terrible experience and customer service. May get better once money is there but the setup makes me question my decision to use them at all.
