I've been on more brewery tours then I remember. Chris T was a good guide, keeping the info not too far down in the weeds and not too high in the clouds to make it approachable for everyone. The free beer on the free tour was generous. My suggestion (1) Brick Red should be on draft in the tap room (2) hours of operation signage need to be consistent/updated (3) 21+ hand stamp need to be water proof (be leery of folks who come out of the bathroom but still have the stamp on their hands...)
