I hate this company so much. I moved and called CU the week of. I moved on a Sunday and my service was supposed to disconnected Monday morning and it turned out when I was paying what I thought was my last bill, I was paying first the new tenants to still have electric in my name. And I didn't pay again because that should have been my final bill. So later I bought a home and needed to get service on, they made me pay a $350 deposit claiming my xlaccount had been closed due to non payment in October. I moved out of my apartment in August. I could have proved that by having them call the company I rented from but they didn't care. Horrible company. Can't wait to buy a home somewhere else and never deal with this company again!
