This place does not have a shuttle!! Their 800 number and their website have the wrong information. It's a taxi service that Baymont Inn may or may not cover for you, it seems to differentiate from one check in clerk to the next check in clerk.
I made all the necessary steps to insure there would be a shuttle from the hotel to the airport seeing as I was traveling with my child and our flight was at 5 AM. I then found out at the time I was getting in the taxi at 3:45 AM that I would have to pay for the taxi, even though the clerk the night before assured me it would be covered, however, the clerk the following morning said they would not cover the taxi, she was also very adamant about not working with me, she only gave me the option to talk to the general manager at 9 AM. I ended up paying for it.
I do not recommend this hotel
