This is my first time staying at the Paris hotel been to several others and I never had to wait so long to check in. Only 1 person available to help everyone who just got off the plane to check in. So far thumbs down here. I could of wrote a book waiting in this line. They shouldn t of gave me so much time on my hands to give them a bad rating.
