My experience at Toyota Carlsbad exceeded any other previous car buying experiences. I had a trade in for a leased 4Runner from a different Toyota in San Diego that isn't the most helpful dealership, they should take notes from how Carlsbad treats their customers.
Moe was an absolute delight to work with and he listened to what I wanted, instead of telling me what I needed. It was refreshing to feel genuine care and concern from Moe when purchasing my new 4Runner. He is truly an exceptional member of their team. The first salesman I have actually trusted! :) Mandi in purchasing was the icing on the cake! She was not only incredibly personable and kind, but she was efficient. Her transparency was also very appreciated. I was in and out of Toyota within a few hours with a brand new car. This was my first time purchasing at Toyota Carlsbad and I am a customer for life.
