Had a look at an open home yesterday (Saturday), wife and myself liked it. Rang the agent tonight (Sunday) to discuss details. She advised the house was under contract from Friday night. Nothing on the add to say it was under contract, nothing was mentioned at the open house. Still nothing mentioning under contract on the website tonight (Sunday).
Un-ethical behaviour from the agent, avoid. Will be advising all friends and family.
