First room I was given the bed was broken. Callee the front desk no answer. The next morning General manager Tim moved the room to across the hall where the bathtub had a piece broken off sitting to side. Tried to talked to him for the rest of my stay. No response!!!! I stopped by the front desk 3 times. Each time I asked for A a call back never had a response. Was charged for a phone call to front desk. And then $101.96 for lodging when I paid through third party Company should not have been charged by Hilton. Front desk was not helpful Maria was complaining how she was suppose to get off 30 minutes ago. I asked for additional towel it took 2 days later. The elevator was shared with cleaninh staff during pandemic no social distancing. The elevator has been this way for over 2 months.(my last stay) was the same/ waiting for 1 elevator for the whole hotel. Disappointment for the Hilton name to be on this establishment.
