Our 2011 Murano had a problem with the battery so I brought it in for warranty service. Kevin did a very good job explaining the results to me. My family has purchased six cars from Illini Nissan (and when they were called Continental Motors). The fact that we still trust them after all these years is, I think, just about the best review that you could give anyone.
