I can't say enough about how kind, amazing, and hardworking the owners are! My grandma had a music box at her house for as long as I could remember and it was one of my favorite memories of her. When she passed away a few years ago the music box stopped playing and I was worried I wouldn't hear the song again. My family lives near the area and I decided to see if they could fix the music box. Unfortunately the music box never had a cover on it, so it wasn't in the greatest condition. The owner worked so hard and did everything he could to try and fix it for me but it wouldn't play. Most people would leave it at that, but the owner tried to find the song and a replacement music box for me. The original music box didn't have a name, so I had no idea what the song was. We were able to figure it out and he played the song for me over the phone. I almost cried hearing that song again. I know it is something small, but Mark took the time to make sure I would hear that song again. These people love what they do and care about their customers. I will gladly come to them again if I ever have any more music box questions. Plus they have some of the coolest music boxes I have ever seen. 10/10 I will always recommend them!
