It was a lovely day out but at times hard work trying to find the animals/insects, as you couldn't see the animals for the trees/ bushes we tried morning and afternoon to see lions NO never saw them. The dark area was too dark also, all you could see was an outline of a nocturnal animals if lucky and for disabled it was a nightmare manoeuvring their wheelchair or mobility scooter in darkness where people couldn't see where you standing let alone sitting. Illuminated foot steps would help and just a tad lighter, mood lighting may be. Staff great and we'll informed and place was we'll kept great for children and worth the price.
