Almost 3 months that my vehicle is immobilized after an act of vandalism. Little damage, however, but a real obstacle course! For a person with major health problems, it is shameful to note the few cases that MAIF has made of its policyholders to date. I have been a client for over 30 years and have had little need for MAIF service. But to date, I am greatly disappointed with the inhuman behavior of this insurance. No follow-up, try to compensate at least, advisers say false things, which contradict each other, bad information given, etc ... I no longer trust the part of the experience still lived today. Activists? Hard to believe given the unscrupulous behavior! I spend my time in reminders ... But they do nothing to reassure me and move the file forward. This insurer advocates "confidence" ... does the management of MAIF really know what is going on within its employees and customer advisers? I doubt. It is time to react. If I do not quickly obtain an adapted and coherent answer with everything that these different advisers may have told me false to be able to compensate me to the minimum, not only do I change insurers but I also contact my legal protection.
