Decent place to bring your laptop and get some work done or just meet over coffee.

I used to go here all the time when it was attached to the Bruegger's. However, they recently closed the door to Bruegger's and prohibit bringing outside food as they offer their own sandwiches and waffles. Sandwiches are so-so and waffles, while good, don't keep me filled up for very long.
