I wish I would have listened to all the other reviews before renting from Kris. We lived in a unit for over a year, always paid rent on time. She would never do any maintenance on our property or fix broken things. Never answers her phone weather it s text or a phone call unless it involves you giving her money. We fought for a long time to get our security deposit back and then still only received part of it only to fight her some more for things she legally had to tell us to take any money from our deposit. Wish I would I have listened to the other reviews saying she did this! Stay far away from Kris Maas!
