I had my Mirai's 1st service today. Paul Matsui was excellent! He was welcoming, efficient and thorough. He knew that I was waiting so he did everything to ensure things went as smoothly and quick as possible. He explained all of the work that was done and reviewed the inspection completely. I will definitely be returning to see Paul and his team for all of my service needs.
