They spoiled us with their professionalism & transparency, they use their own installers the windows are wonderful. Their integrity & the honorable way we were treated left us innocent thinking Empire Today that we contracted to do our floors would be as proud & honorable as Anderson but we've been lied to, floors are still not properly installed just a warning don't have Empire do your floors. Wish Anderson did floors too. Boo hoo
