If this place was rated a 2 or 3 star hotel, I would have rated it accordingly but this establishment is far from a 4 star hotel!
The one and only great thing about this place are the staff. The front desk, and room attendants are absolutely wonderful aside from that:
1- Beds are old and very uncomfortable, not sure where they got those pillows but they resemble old racks.
2- Towels are old and worn out
3- Rooms are very dark with minimum light
4- The odor in the room appears as if people have kept pets in there and it hasn't been cleaned/carpets have odors.
5- Air conditioning sounds like fighter jets so there is no way you can fall asleep with those on.
7- Bottle waters are complementary in any 3 star hotel and higher these days, here, $5 each.
8- Last but not least, they charge $24 per night "resort" fee which they fail to disclose at the time of booking.
9- The place is quiet and the rooms are huge but other than that, don't go as they are so many better places to stay in Tucson with that price.

I live next door and I needed a place to stay as I was doing some work at my house and well, it would definitely be my last time.
