Disorganized company. I am a tutor for them. I have responded to literally HUNDREDS of offers from them only to be told that they ve chosen another tutor. I currently only have one regular set of students after an entire year of responding to them. When they call me, they give me misinformation related to scheduling that becomes a deal breaker for both myself and the potential client, wasting time for both of us, and putting their reputation on the line. I was just promised a new client for Mondays; Surprise! The client texted me, saying Mondays aren t even an option! They create more hassle for all parties involved; Not a great business model.

They have no way of getting in touch, other than leaving a voicemail, and who knows when or if they ll even respond via email or phone call; Not very dependable, especially in a time-related event.

Further, I had to jump through several hoops, through a third-party website, just to access my 1099 forms, which I wasn t able to access until two weeks before the April 15 tax deadline.
