Buyer beware after 12 days of them signing for a r...

Buyer beware after 12 days of them signing for a returned item and money has not gone into my bank. Asked to speak to a Director and got fobbed off. Service and staff attitude horrendous! Would not have any further dealings with this company.
Amazing there is plenty of similar feedback ....when will the owners sort it out?
