UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I called three diff...

UNACCEPTABLE customer service. I called three different times at different times of the day trying to get an answer to a billing problem. All times I'm left on hold for 20 minutes. I never did get to talk to a human. This is unacceptable. There should be enough customer service personnel to assist customers in a more reasonable time. In other dealings with this company, I get the impression that they don't have it all together.
